As a runner and fitness enthusiast, I have always been up for trying new things. I began yoga a few years ago as a way to gain flexibility in order to perform in all aspects of my life.
It has since opened the door to both mindful and physical well-being. The poses, the breath, and the focus keep drawing me back to my mat.
My passion is to connect with students, encouraging them to find their edge in a safe and fun environment! Practicing yoga creates exploration of body and mind, and my hope is that students leave feeling energized and inspired.
