Since my first yoga class in 2001 I have felt a calling to share my passion for yoga with anyone who is willing to listen. I have since completed the 200hr Kula Flow Foundations Teacher Training and the 75hr Kula Advanced Teacher Training under the direction of Nikki Vilella and Schuyler Grant, and continue to study with Nikki Costello. I truly believe that yoga is not just a pose you perfect, but a state of being and a tool for transformation (mind, body and soul). In all of my years of practice and hundreds of hours of training I always find something new and inspiring to share with my students. With a little bit of rock n roll, some good beats and a steady pace you will find your breath guided through thoughtful sequencing and alignment in every class. Kula is is my home away from home. Kula is where I continue to grow, stumble and get back up again. And for that, I have endless Kula love.
