I began practicing yoga 3 years ago, coming from a history of dancing I instantly grew to love yoga for the physical aspects. Throughout the years I started to realize changes not only in my body but my mind as well. Yoga has helped me to overcome challenges and find self-love. Through my practice I am able to take what I learn on the mat and practice it off of my mat. Discovering self-awareness, building deeper relationships, keeping an open mind, and seeing the joy in each and every day. I completed my 200-hour teacher training in the winter of 2016 followed by a 5 week advance power yoga training. I am passionate about sharing my love of yoga and guiding others to their own love for yoga. When I am not practicing yoga you can find me on top of a mountain snowboarding, adventuring outdoors with my dogs, and spending time with my family and friends.
