It brings me so much joy to teach yoga and watch how students grow and change mentally and physically. I advocate appreciating where you are in your practice and mindfully moving deeper (or backing away as appropriate) into ones poses. Nurturing the understanding that your breath is one of your best guides in informing you as to where you are and what needs to be done. I bring in the elements of the outside world through words, so one may tap into their primal selves and their connection with self and beyond.
