The class Ive always wanted!

I took Amy's chakra hatha class a few times recently and it left me feeling amazing. She did a guided mediation at the beginning of the class, then a great asana series with flow and form. She ended with a fantastic yoga nidra. Many teachers don't have time or make the time to fit in a yoga nidra and it makes such a huge impost on my body and mind. I will definitely be taking more classes from Amy.

Peace of mind and body

Amy turners "boldly in flow" classes focused on a different topic each time, designed to enhance both body and mind. Her soft voice and eyes lead you through a meditation, then flows gently into a yoga exercise with stretching, balance, and strength moves, and follows up with a quiet relaxation period. I walked out with a clear head, energized, yet relaxed. She also uses essential oils and hot tea to enhance your experience, which I loved. I would highly recommend you treat yourself to her.

Great experience

I have taken several classes with me. She is very spiritually oriented but also fun to work with. She's good at reading the energy in the room and adapting our class today

Warm and Welcoming

Amy is incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. She creates a safe space for internal reflection while she gently encourages you to "play your edges" in your asana practice. It's easy to feel like you've known her forever. Her classes are always filled with love (and a little laughter too). Amy intuitively knows when to offer the use of props and when to offer hands-on adjustments/assists. I appreciate the graciousness and lightheartedness she brings to each class. I definitely recommend taking class with Amy.

open hearted

Amy demonstrates an open heart and communicates a very kind and loving approach to her students and herself. She brings that vulnerability and wisdom to yoga. Her style is unique and inspiring to me.
