I am currently RYT 200 through the Yoga Alliance. I enjoy teaching a variety of styles of yoga, but my favorites are Vinyasa or Power Flow. Brought Yoga Sculpt to my students at the UT Arlington Campus Recreation as a way of incorporating resistance training with dumbbells to a vinyasa/hatha class and we are loving it!
I am unapologetically me, and encourage laughter and playfulness in my classes and will challenge you with a smile. My hope is that you will allow yourself to grow, to explore all your amazing capabilities and cultivate your creative energy to expand your practice on and off the mat.
