My intention is to help guide to create a calm, clear & blissful mind. To allow you to connect internally, realise your true potential & explore the curiosity within. Yoga has helped me cultivate a healthy mind & positive way of thinking. This is why I decided to share & support others through the power of yoga
Directing awareness, connecting mind, body & breath. Each class’ aim will be different, explained with clear instructions & focus. Classes will be accessible. Some asanas proving challenging depending on our unique body. I aim to assist with alignments with your positive approach. Yoga is also our attitude towards ourselves, mind, body & soul & how we relate to others. You will leave feeling nourished with a sense of inner peace, awareness of mental & physical achievement, development & transformation.
