Ana Davis, founder of Bliss Baby Yoga, offers yoga for women, prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher training, yoga retreats and events for health and wellbeing.

Yoga has been an ever-present part of Ana’s entire adult life. She has been a keen yoga practitioner since 1990 and teaching since 1996. She has specialised in the area of prenatal and postnatal yoga since 2004.

Since 2007 Ana has been refining her 2 - 3 day prenatal and postnatal teacher training intensive and now conducts this workshop regularly in Australia and Japan.

Ana’s teaching style and methodology is diverse and eclectic. Her style is flowing, combining breath and movement, but also taking the time for stillness and intelligent alignment principles. She employs props for therapy and support, and loves to introduce students and teachers alike to the incredible power of Restorative Yoga.

Online Baby Bliss Training

I recently took the Online Baby Bliss Prenatal and Postnatal training and I loved it! I was nervous to take an online training because I learn better in person but this met and went beyond my expectations. Very reasonably priced and the information really prepared me to teach. I ordered the manuals and I loved having them in front of me when I did the modules. I also really appreciated the extra DVDs that were included. I also live in the United States and anytime I had any questions I received a prompt response. Great course! Thanks again:))

Baby Bliss course

Words can not express how fantastic this course was - a must for all women, I learnt so much in a safe, spiritual, sacred feminine space that Ana and her teachers created for us over the 10 days.

I recently had the pleasure of attending the 100 hour Bliss Baby Yoga Course.
What an amazing experience. I found Ana to be authentic, well educated and informative. Her friendly and approachable style made it very easy to enjoy and learn everything that I had hoped to learn whilst I attended the Course at Byron Bay.
I hope to see Ana again on my Yoga journey.

Highly recommended

I completed Ana Davis' Online Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training. It was fantastic. As someone quite experienced in teaching pre and postnatal yoga already I was a little hesitant in enrolling however the high standard of this course and practical teachings exceeded my expectations.
I was very impressed with the layout, quality and content of the course materials and highly recommend Ana Davis.

Pre-Natal/Post-Natal Teacher Training Course

After having just completed the Pre-Natal/Post-Natal Teacher Training Course I can honestly say that I feel extremely blessed to have been trained by Ana and the rest of her amazing colleagues. Ana exudes a warmth, kindness and inner beauty that words really cannot describe. She is professional yet welcoming. Attending the course has been one of the most incredible experiences of my life.
