Ana Davis, founder of Bliss Baby Yoga, offers yoga for women, prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher training, yoga retreats and events for health and wellbeing.
Yoga has been an ever-present part of Ana’s entire adult life. She has been a keen yoga practitioner since 1990 and teaching since 1996. She has specialised in the area of prenatal and postnatal yoga since 2004.
Since 2007 Ana has been refining her 2 - 3 day prenatal and postnatal teacher training intensive and now conducts this workshop regularly in Australia and Japan.
Ana’s teaching style and methodology is diverse and eclectic. Her style is flowing, combining breath and movement, but also taking the time for stillness and intelligent alignment principles. She employs props for therapy and support, and loves to introduce students and teachers alike to the incredible power of Restorative Yoga.
