When I first began yoga, I loved how strong I felt from the inside. It was this inner strength and courage that I had not felt before alongside a deep feeling of calm. This is what got me hooked. I started practicing Ashtanga 6 days a week for 4 years and moved into a Vinyasa flow. Over the years, I have studied with Elena Brower, Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, David Harshada Wagner, Cyndy Lee and many others. Currently I am enrolled in Tiffany Cruikshank's 500-hour Yoga Medicine Teacher Training and am studying with Rod Stryker. All of these teachers have influenced me in some way or another and my classes are an amalgam of several years of practice.
