Ananda has been practicing yoga since the early '90s and meditation since the age of 10. At age 19 he had a profound awakening experience which tangibly communicated the possibility to live as profound ease-fulness.
After this awakening, Ananda started a spiritual search that lasted over a decade. He travelled and studied extensively before becoming disillusioned with Indian romanticism and popular spirituality. That disillusionment marked the beginning of a simpler and more radical approach to conscious evolution based only on what is presently clear and discernible.
In his yoga classes, Ananda communicates, freedom, enjoyment, lightness, beauty, and visceral body awareness. His guided meditations bring about inner rest-fullness and the opening of deeper levels of the body.
