Anastacia “Anandi” Strots is an experienced Hatha yoga instructor, trained and certified by the Sivananda Vedanta Yoga Organization. She has three years teaching experience in various settings, from group classes to private sessions. Her classes can be tailored to students of any level, focusing on proper breathing, relaxation, and exercise. She has a strong background in yogic philosophy, including positive thinking and meditation. Anandi’s goal for her students is to not only become stronger and more flexible physically, but to find peace, relaxation, and balance within themselves.
