I teach Kundalini Yoga and Remedy Gymnastics in regular group classes. I lead yoga workshops and yoga retreats with variety of themes such as “Basic Yogic Anatomy”, “Stress Release”, “Anger Transformation”, “The Path of the Moon in the Zodiac”, “Self Healing”.
Also I provide personal lessons or retreat programs for individuals, couples, small groups, families. These sessions includes sound healing relaxation or meditative healing.
I aim to inspire and support students to carry yoga practices beyond for future health, creativity and happiness.
