Graduating from Physical Education & Sport Science in Athens, in 2007, with speciality in water sports, and being an athlete of synchronised swimming and water polo, I could see my co-athletes experiencing various types of injuries. That led me to seek alternative ways of therapy not only for athletes, but also for people with various physical problems led by their sedentary lifestyle.
During this time, I have attended various seminars regarding therapeutic massage, kinesiology, pilates and yoga.
While traveling in India, in 2012 and studying the yoga philosophy with various distinguished teachers, I came to a conclusion that apart from the physical benefits, yoga is an alternative way for a healthier and more balanced life in all aspects, helping one to look deep inside him and discover his true self.
I recently obtained my second 200hours Yoga certification by Bhavana School of Yoga.
I’m grateful that I have the chance to share this knowledge and help people to find balance, joy and love in their lives.
