After several years of chronic pain and many spinal surgeries I have found the healing benefits of yoga in 2014. When she started Svaroopa® Yoga she couldn't do many of the poses in a traditional way due to injuries from a severe car accident. But with modifications I am able to see profound changes that lead to my commitment to the path of healing. I have found that not only did yoga and meditation help my body to unwind and ease chronic pain but I also started noticing my years of depression starting to lift. Being able to be more vibrant in life and enjoy being part of a warm community that supports happiness and well-being. It is through my daily commitment to a mindfulness meditation practice and Svaroopa® Yoga practice.
