I've been teaching yoga for 9 years. I love working with students one on one and teaching small group classes. Creating a Yoga class environment where students can learn and explore body movement is important to me. We live in a go-go-gotta-get-it-done time in history. We're running so fast we can forget why we're here and what's important. The practice of yoga helps us slow down enough to transform the way we think about ourselves and the world around us. Yoga is a vehicle for self transformation as it helps us become more aware of our body, ourselves and the world around us. My classes are Hatha style with Iyengar alignment principles plus creativity and most important a sense of humor!! I hate being bored and so change things up often keep the practice interesting.
