I began doing Yoga when I was training for a 1/2 Ironman Triathlon. I spent so little time stretching and 15 - 20 hours training that I pulled rib 11 & 12 out of alignment. My Chiropractor said, "You can do more for yourself than anyone else Yoga."
It was such a complement to the other training that I was doing and my Triathlon coaching, that wanted to learn more. I completed my 200 Hr Teacher Training with Jacqui Bonwell in 2012. In September of 2014, I had an incredible opportunity drop in my lap. Dr. Carroll Coyle and Dr. Meg Pickering of Chiropractic Family Wellness Center were building new space that included a Yoga Studio and asked me to be a part of it. Scarborough Yoga opened September 2 of 2014.
Our class sizes range from 2 -15 + and include: Gentle Flow, Yin, Vinyasa, Restorative, Meditation and workshops. Open to all levels we welcome everyone!
