I've been practicing yoga for about 5 years and I just completed my 200 Teacher Training at Claremont Yoga's 2016 Summer Intensive. I'm excited to begin my journey as a yoga guide.
Slowing it down, incorporating your breath, and learning to move in a way that's easy and feels good to you is my goal. In our culture of more is more, I'd like to encourage you to consider the possibility that less is more. Letting go of tension and moving with ease feels better. It allows us to accomplish more, and be more creative as space opens up.
