I have been practising yoga for over 18 years and have enjoyed many of the benefits of remaining subtle, flexible and still being able to stand on my head at the age of 46! Yoga has helped keep me focused and balanced in the busy and stressful times as a school teacher. Most importantly I have met so many wonderful people, made friends and had lots of fun on my yoga journey.
In 2016 I decided to train and qualified as a yoga instructor, so that I could share and teach the many benefits of yoga practise.
