I help my students create a healthy balance in body and life — incorporating strength, flexibility, sound nutrition, and a focus on developing a solid foundation from which to build an exercise and health program.
I received my yoga teacher training through 8 Limbs Yoga Centers in Seattle and am also an NSCA certified personal trainer. For the last several years, I’ve also been a coach (of handbalancing for all ages and general circus arts for kids) at the School of Acrobatics and New Circus Arts (SANCA). By combining the playfulness of acrobatics and the intention of yoga with the science and strength of personal training, I can help you get back to a place where exercise and movement are a joy — not a chore. When we find a simultaneous sense of play and challenge, it changes our practice from something we have to do … into something that we love to do.
