Hi I'm Andrew! I began my yoga journey in 2006 when I trained in the ashtanga tradition at UC Berkeley.
I earned my 200 Hour Viniyoga Wellness Instructor Certification in 2014 from Gary Kraftsow and Juris Zinbergs (500 hour cert. will be complete at the end of 2017!).
The Viniyoga approach emphasizes holistic and modifiable practices that all levels can feel safe doing yet challenged by. My teaching style is to take the yoga seriously, but most of all to have fun.
I tailor sequences and workshops that are appropriate for private lessons, groups and events. Email me, I love to share!
