Indri is Andrew in Maltese. That’s me. I design, practise and teach safe, private and semi-private yoga classes in Għadira Bay (Mellieħa) in the north of Malta, not far from the Ċirkewwa Ferry Terminal, near the Luna Hotel.
I’ve screwed up enough s**t in my life for lack of asking for directions and instructions and I happen to know I’m not the only one, so I structure the classes and sequences so that you learn to practise carefully and safely.
If you choose to join a group yoga class later on — cool! — you’ll have the fundamentals. Then, if you’re anything like me, all you have to conquer is abject shyness; the crushing compulsion to hide out on the furthest mat at the back of the studio; the unequivocal certainty that they design spandex in every size but yours; the lingering fear that your deodorant was past its sell-by date; and that there’s a better than 50:50 chance you’re going to be the only one whoever farted in a yoga class. Easy right?
