Very professional !amazing atmosphere!

I think that Andry Sophocleous is a fantastic instructor. The moment u walk in there is an aura of calmness. Her personality shines through u can't help but fall in love w her. I just wish I was able to make more of her classes.

Andry inspires me! Με εκανε να αγαπήσω τη yoga! Τα flows της είναι διαφορετικά και μοναδικά κάθε φορά!!!!!Ανυπομονώ πραγματικά καθε φορά για το μάθημα της! Πολυ έμπειρη και με το μοναδικό της τρόπο καταφέρνει πάντα να μου επεκτείνει τα "όρια" μου, αυτά που νόμιζα οτι είχα δηλαδή! :-) κατάφερα να κάνω πράγματα που θαύμαζα και που δεν πίστευα ποτέ ότι θα κατάφερνα να κάνω, τόσο σε σωματικο οσο σε πνευματικό επίπεδο. Θα την ευγνωμονώ για πάντα!

I have been practicing yoga for the last ten years of my life and Andry is one of the best teachers I have ever met.She has a deep knowledge of yoga and I have been impressed by her teaching skills.But apart from that, she is a caring personality.She cares about her students and their well being.She is a teacher who can teach not only basic level students, but also advanced and experienced.
