I have practiced Yoga since 2004. In the beginning I was more interested in the physical aspects of asanas. It's only a few years ago, that I fully got to grasp and acknowledge the more subtle aspects of Yoga on and off the mat. In the meantime I established my personal home practice of asanas, pranayama and meditation.
In 2013 I acquired a 200h ISHTA Yoga Teacher certification with Rachel Zinman in Byron Bay, Australia.
In 2016 a 300 hrs Vinyasa Flow Advanced certificate with Olive Ssembuze, TJ Jackson, Joan Hyman, Jeanne Heileman, Nathalie Nobs at Yogalives, Zurich.
