I've been a yogini since my late teens, Hatha then Ashtanga then Iyengar. Searching for 'more' discovered Kundalini Yoga in 2008. A particularly rubbish time with life in general and finding this has certainly changed my life for the better. So much so I became a teacher of Kundalini Yoga in 2013! It's always a joy to witness the changes in students after their very first class. Now I am blessed to teach three lovely classes a week and watched as six of my yoginis have gone on to train in Kundalini Yoga themselves!
I also studied 'The Mother's Journey' with Carolyn Cowan, Kundalini Yoga for pre and postnatal yoga.
In 2018 I met Maya Fiennes and learned 'KundaDance' devised by Maya. A blend of Kundalini Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

A Fab Nights Sleep!

Angela is a very spiritual yoga teacher, she inspires, has words of wisdom and understands how to fit yoga into the hectic and chaotic world we live in. She welcomes new people in with open arms, but accepts that it may not be the yoga they are looking for, yet treats them the same as her 'regulars'. For me, her yoga class is the best night of the week, I come home on a high and then have the best nights sleep! I feel calm, at peace and focused.

The sliders (for the detailed description) are not a true indicator of her classes as while there is a wild side, safety is always on her mind with alternative moves/positions to do, likewise sometimes while she demonstrates every move (often changing position so all can see what she has done), she also explains a lot. If you are able to get to class it is well worth it, regardless of previous experience, every one (male/female/youthful or not) is made welcome.

Relaxing & Spiritual

I like to go on her yoga day event's of stretching, listening to peaceful music. Then a vegetarian meal all home made with yoga tea and water provided. Then to follow with sound healing and chanting dances. you leave feeling fully relaxed in a spiritual way.

newbie

Having been away from yoga classes for many years I decided to give it a go (with my now creaky and stiff knees etc!) I really enjoyed the class and Angie made me so welcome. Angie is so full of infectious love, optimism and happiness ♡
