Angela Brier-Stephenson

I've always had a passion for fitness and wellbeing. I moved out of the corporate world and set my own training/coaching business up, "Another Journey Begins" in 2003 and haven't looked back since. I love to encourage others to find their natural inner resources to aid a more peaceful, relaxed way of being. My passion for "being" more than "doing" led me into training with CMI (Clear Mind International) on their Level 1 and 2 teacher training and also to complete the BWY Diploma in Teacher training. I now love sharing my learnings and teachings to all those I coach in class or 1:1.
