Angela Moscaritolo is a Yoga teacher and writer who completed her 200-hour training in New York City under the guidance of Anne-Margaret Redding-Wood at The Giving Tree Yoga Studio. She teaches a dynamic Vinyasa Flow-style class with creative sequencing that integrates meditation, breathing techniques, and a variety of poses to strengthen and lengthen the entire body and achieve a more peaceful mind. With a focus on alignment, she breaks down poses, teaching students of all levels how to build the asana step-by-step. She believes that that the transitions between poses are just as important (and fun!) as the poses themselves.
