Angela began a committed practice of yoga in 2011 and quickly realized that practicing yoga left her mind and body feeling refreshed and energized. Her passion to expand her practice and study the health benefits of yoga led her to become a Yoga Fitness Leader through Feel Good Yoga and Pilates in Victoria, BC. Angela enjoys sharing her love of yoga with others and strives to create a safe space where her students can develop strength and confidence in their practice while finding lightness and having fun! She looks forward to sharing her practice with you!
