I have been practicing yoga since January 2012 but it wasn't until I retured from a backpacking trip that I started to dive deeper into my practice. I started to break through and see what light yoga brings into our lives. I was never one to feel comfortable in my own skin. I was always judging myself for what I looked and felt like and for the thoughts that crossed my mind. I now have a deeper appeeciation for my body and my mind and now my breath. Yoga has made me feel stronger, healthier, and beautiful from the inside out! And everyone deserves to feel this way because YOU are beautiful and smart and strong! That is what I have to offer you. True self love and respect. I want to help others find this in themselves because it is there.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyound measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, "Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?" Actually who are you not to be?"

I am certified RYT-200 and graduated June 2014 from Harmony Yoga! My style of yoga is a vinyasa flow, moving dynamically in and out of poses while connecting with the breath. I am currently teaching a class at The Union and two more at the new studio Harmony Yoga North, located one block north of Kendal Yards! I am a Spokane native, and I am so thankful to have my family and friends in the same area! I have a wonderful husband who is my bestfriend! I am very happy to be apart of this awesome yoga community we have here in Spokane and I can't wait to see where this journey takes me! I would love to see you in class sometime!

Here is my class schedule:

Sunday's 9:30 am, Harmony Yoga North
Monday's 12pm, The Union
Tuesday's 6:00pm, Harmony Yoga North

"May the long time sun shine upon you, All love surround you, and the pure light within you guide your way home."
