Angie Byas, Esq., RYT 200, began practicing yoga in 2005 as a way to alleviate stress and anxiety from her job as a corporate lawyer. Over time, her meditation and yoga practice led Angie to connect with her most authentic self, and she was inspired to teach. Angie hopes to share this power of transformation with her students. Her classes aim to create a deep connection between breath and movement, so that her students feel strong and centered as they move throughout their daily lives.
