As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor it is my absolute pleasure to bring awareness to the body and mind through breath and movement. Different days bring out different attributes; sometimes it's nice to relax into a gentle restorative class, other times it's great to have a good butt-kicking and really get in a good yoga workout, and while still others it's nice to flow with the breath, to giggle, to sigh, and to smile. Most importantly Yoga and life in general are about honoring yourself and wherever you are at in that specific moment.
