A sequence of breath-synchronized movements used to transition between sustained postures. The flows (or sequence of movements) I prepare are differents for each class. In every class, I use standing, seating, balancing and strengthening poses. I use to prepare playlists of yoga music selected for each kind of sequence, creating a kind of choreography. Every of my classes are
1) starts with initial relaxation,
2) then opening chanting,
3) 5 to 8 minutes of chat about a concept from yoga's theory (mantras, bandhas, mudras, chakras, techniques, a paragraph from Vedanta scriptures, meaning of some Sanskrit words, etc.
4) pranayama - Breathing exercises
5) 60 minutes asanas practice
6) 10 minutes of meditation
7) final relaxation
