Great yoga teacher

Angie offers a range of classes suitable for any level. She is giving and nurturing with a bit of humor thrown into the practice. Her studio is warm & inviting. I strongly encourage yogis to try a class!

Highly recommend Angie

I have taken classes with Angie for years. She is gentle, yet challenging. Her classes are beautifully sequenced and always different. She is mindful of her students limitations and often offers alternatives when necessary. I feel safe and loved in her presence. Each class has sprinkles of her extensive knowledge in Ayurveda which I find very interesting. Her husband Josh often accompanies her classes with classical guitar music.

Wonderful teacher!

I have taken yoga classes with Angie for a couple of years and she taught my 200 hour RYT training in Cornish, NH at her home studio. She is a warm and creative woman who not only makes doing yoga fun, but safe and accessible. Her classes are generally thematic, ranging from poses that target a specific area of the body, i.e. hip openers, to Ayurvedic i.e. doshas and Hatha concepts, yamas/niyamas as well as general ideas of joy and abundance.

She is able to assess ability well from beginners to Level 2 and accommodate pre-existing injuries, suggesting props and/or modifications as needed. She generally blends vinyasa with poses that are designed to address core work, and specific muscle group lengthening and strengthening, thus keeping her classes dynamic and safe and at the same time, building confidence and neuromuscular efficiency.

She also occasionally includes pranayama and/or meditation to broaden a student's education and experience of yoga. Her studio is lovely, brimming with color and texture as well as providing plentiful floor and wall space. I would recommend anyone in the area interested in classes, private or group, Ayurvedic consults, and/or teacher training to visit her web site for exact offerings and times. I have grown so much in my practice of yoga on and off the mat since I began working with Angie.
