My mission is to inspire positive change in people’s lives through a dedicated, conscious yoga practice. I believe that moving our bodies is the gateway to longevity and wellness and that yoga provides myriad opportunities to experience vitality and healing regardless of age, lifestyle or stage.
I have a dedicated personal practice that informs my facilitation and maintain regular additional study. Past sessions included: Donna Fahri, Eionn Finn, and Simon Borg-Olivier. I also hold teacher membership with Yoga Australia.
