Hello, I am a student of hatha yoga, I like a slow flow and restorative yoga. This is my third. summer doing Stand Up Paddle board yoga. I am now a SUP yoga teacher Working with Miss Melanie Yoga. I love themes and provide lots of information during class, so you know why we are doing the poses we are doing.
Teaching beginners is also a passion of mine. I want share yoga with as many people as I can. The benefits are life long.
