Ania's yoga journey began over a decade ago and slowly started to weave its way through her life. With a background in ashtanga yoga, jivamukti yoga and vinyasa flow, Ania is devoted to sharing the practice and benefits of yoga with others. Constantly curious, she is always evolving her understanding of the body, breath and awareness as she draws from a number of styles and traditions. Ania is particularly inspired by the philosophy and practices of the Hatha lineage. She will take you through a dynamic physical practice, woven with philosophy and balanced off with a dose of lunar antidote.
Ania is a 200-hour certified teacher and registered with Yoga Alliance UK. Ania also organises and runs yoga workshops and events in London and beyond
