My journey with yoga and bodywork started 20 years ago, when I decided that responsibility for my own wellbeing and health should be in my own hands, and I committed to yoga practice.

Soon afterwards I went to India to explore the fascinating yoga system, and Ayurveda, the natural medicine of India. Here I experienced the power of daily yoga practice, balanced diet, purification of the body and also the therapeutic role of Indian massage. I started to teach yoga at the Agama Yoga School in Rishikesh in 2002.

After India, I spend a few years in Thailand where I joined the Agama Yoga teaching team. Apart from gaining great insights into the depths of yoga and meditation, this stay also gave me the opportunity to train in Thai Yoga massage from its very source.

The explorations of body-mind-spirit connections, love for meditation, and a vocation for hands on therapies, brought me to Craniosacral Therapy, wherein as a client I experienced its effectiveness in a most amazing way. I completed a two-year practitioner course at the Craniosacral Therapy Education Trust in London in 2015.

In 2014, I started offering holistic treatments and yoga classes with my husband in Norwich and I am passionate to assist my clients in their journey for greater health and wellbeing. I also offer one-to-one yoga classes, and am fully insured under the indemnity provided through my professional memberships to the Craniosacral Therapy Association and Yoga Alliance UK.
