I stared doing yoga in high school - I was not aware of that, if was only a kind of exercises for me.
Seriously I entered the yoga way 10 years ago, when I went to 3 days workshops and yoga lifestyle holidays. From that moment I participated regularly to yoga classes. I love dynamic styles like ashtanga and vinyasa, but I also appreciate how yin yoga changes and cures my body and soul.
I learned acceptance and paciense during Vipassana meditation which gave me much deeper understanding of Yoga itself.
