I began my yoga journey about 18 years ago firstly with learning Iyengar yoga, gradually moving on to Hatha yoga where I enjoyed a more gentle and relaxing practice. Eventually I incorporated this into teaching children yoga.
When I discovered Kundalini yoga it had an immediate, powerful impact on me. It was just what I had been looking for – a combined spiritual, dynamic practice including chanting, movement, breathing exercises and meditation. Feeling extremely energised and motivated I quickly pursued a teacher training course which has now fully inspired me to pass on these teachings.
