Originally form Bangalore India, Anita Rangaswami has been practicing Bhakti Yoga for over 30 years. She has degrees in Engineering and Business with a successful corporate career for over 20 years. She was guided to share the knowledge and experiences of a spiritual awakening through Prana Gyana, a company focused on holistic mind, body, and spirit integration techniques.
A Chopra Center Certified Instructor and a member of The International Yoga Therapists Association, she is also registered with the Yoga Alliance as an instructor. She is a registered Ayurvedic Practitioner with AAPNA ( Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America). Prana Gyana Holistic Health and Wellness Center is in it’s 5th Year and was awarded the 2012 Holistic Business of the Year. Anita was given the Ayurvedic Practitioner and Meditation Leader Awards as well. She does wellness workshops in the valley and works with individuals to heal mind, body and spirit by integrating Ayurveda, yoga, meditation and other healing techniques. Anita Rangaswami and Prana Gyana Health and Wellness Center were given a certificate of recognition in 2013 by the Arizona Small Business Association for leadership and commitment to sustain healthcare in the workplace and Arizona business community.
