Anja is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher known for her fun, warm, nurturing, supportive, and creative classes and workshops. She plays particular attention to structure and alignment. Her classes encourage you to feel empowered and is an inspired combination of physical dynamic movement, breath and meditative practice.
Physically I can feel my body getting stronger and fitter since taking the classes and I can honestly say I feel more rejuvenated outside the class in daily life as well.
Anja has had an interest in yoga for twenty years, and been teaching since 2005. She has been fortunate to train in different styles of yoga with a variety of high profile teachers. She teaches all aspects and levels of yoga including vinyasa flow yoga, pregnancy, postnatal yoga and private clients as well as traveling on retreats and yoga festivals. With a BSc and PGdip in Ayurveda she incorporates yoga and ayurveda into an embodied practise for well-being, health and grounded transformation in body and mind.
As well as teaching yoga and seeing clients Anja writes the Yoga Blog for and is featured regularly in Om Magazine, Yoga Magazine and other publications. She is currently writing, co-creating and tutoring YogaLondon’s Pregnancy Teacher Training Course.
