I love the tools for everyday life that I learn on my yoga mat.
Tools like patience, endurance, or strength help me to navigate
through life in a more peaceful and mindful way.
With my extensive background in dance, fitness, spa and wellness,
I always thought yoga would be just fun and easy. Fun it is, easy
not always. During my own first class I realised that yoga was not
as easy as i imagined, but I was immediately hooked to the sense
of peace and joy I found with the practise.
I completed my 200 hrs yoga training with PadmaKarma in
Kerala/India in 2019, and have since taken many additional courses
and workshops to expand my knowledge.
I will always remain a student of the practice (and a student of life),
and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have
shared with me.
In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of
playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help my students
deepen their practice. I seek to help others thrive in live
by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is
that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished
and balanced… with a big smile on your face.
