Ann is an avid yoga practitioner and instructor who began her yoga career in 2004 teaching Vinyasa Yoga.
Over the years she has studied various yoga lineages to broaden her personal awareness, knowledge and heart. She brings real-world education to her students drawn from diverse spiritual traditions and personal life experiences.
Earning her 500 hour teaching certification from Bhakti Warrior Yoga in Sacramento, California she presently teaches public and private yoga classes as well as Yoga Studies Programs and Teacher Training. With the intention of teaching yoga to heal body, mind and spirit, she has helped many people regain their sense of wellbeing and balance.
Ann specializes in Yoga Therapy and is available for private sessions, she is also the Yoga Director at Asclepius Pain Management and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Ann is the Founder and Studio Director of Rise Yoga Studio.
