I have been practicing yoga for 18 years, and each day that I show up on my mat, it’s a brand new beginning. Every time I start over. The exploration, curiosity and growth never ends. It’s a life long practice of coming home to oneself.

My approach is fun, nurturing, grounding, empowering, supportive and inspirational. We will work together and tailor sessions for you, that bring forth your inner power and peace, and support you in letting go of body and mind patterns that get in the way of your personal freedom, so you can share yourself authentically with the world around you. Whatever it is, you are dealing with in your life, physically or emotionally, the goal is finding balance, and creating a safe space in which the body and mind can heal itself and maintain a strong, healthy flow.

I believe that every single one of us has ALL we need. There is nothing missing. We just need to learn to tap into the abundance within and listen deeply to our own body and soul.
