I have studied and practiced yoga, Pilates and movement over the last 28 years. I have been teaching various forms of these modalities to some degree over the last 25 years.
I have always been interested in the body. How it moves, how to fuel it efficiently and how to integrate all the 'healthy' options into the lifestyles we live.
My studio One Yoga Pilates is the culmination of all these years of learning and teaching and I love still learning and growing in these fields
