“I must be a mermaid, for I have no fear of depths and a great fear of shallow living.” ~ Anais Nin
Since her discovery of yoga 13 years ago, Ann has healed herself of what doctors termed fibromyalgia, through yoga , meditation, and sound therapy with Tibetan singing bowls. Beyond the physical, it is the emotional and energetic gifts yoga brings into her everyday life that she is most grateful for, whether living in the corporate world of Toronto, a remote jungle in Peru, or an ashram in Bali. Now with a boundless sense of awareness, compassion, and truth, she is filled with gratitude for every present moment, and living her purpose with peace and joy. “You must be the change you want to see in the world.” - Mahatma Gandhi
Certified as a yoga & ayurveda holistic instructor, meditation facilitator, and clinical sound therapist, Ann wants nothing more than to help her family, her community, and as much of the world as possible to realize the boundless gifts within themselves. “ Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive and then go do that. Because what the world needs is more people who have come alive.” ~ Howard Thurman
Ann weaves the ancient healing magic of Tibetan singing bowls into every yoga and meditation class, bringing an energy of supreme relaxation and surrender to savasana. Outside of yoga and healing, her passions are surfing, exploring the world, and organic creations.
