The practice of yoga can help every person - regardless of body type, flexibility or age. Yoga is where I find my own personal balance. As a teacher, I hope to help my students strengthen their bodies and minds with yoga, as well as finding nourishment for their soul. I teach a variety of classes, but always find myself coming back to restorative, gentle practices. However, I love to practice vinyasa as well - it's about finding a balance. My goal as a teacher is to introduce yoga to those that need it most and help them find their practice, bringing balance back to their lives.
