Anna was practicing martial arts for 5 years until she found the path of Yoga in 2008. The practice of Yoga allowed her to release the stress of constant competitions and battlefield environment.
After a few years of practice Anna decided to share her knowledge with the world and started teaching and treating patients using Yoga and other kinds of natural therapy. Anna believes that the practice of Yoga allows deep observation of the simplest things, what offers great joy and healing. Yoga is a path to deep connection to the Self.
Anna has been teaching Yoga for three years around Russia and Israel. She travelled around the world and learned from all different teachers and yoga styles. Her approach to teaching is both strong and gentle and she loves to offer adjustments and assist her students to deepen their practice and reach higher physical awareness.
Anna is a professional and sensitive teacher, she is able to adjust the practice to any student at any age or level of fitness and flexibility.
Eight months ago Anna established herself in Melbourne to continue the pursuit of her passion – teaching Yoga and spreading inner happiness.
