Anna is a professional therapeutic yoga teacher, with a focus on easing the suffering produced by trauma with the yogic tools of meditation, asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, yoga philosophy and yogic ways of understanding the world. She uses the latest developments and discoveries in neuroscience and yoga and blends them together to create effective and efficient tools for people suffering from chronic illness, PTSD, anxiety, depression and other challenges. She sees people in private sessions, as well as small group classes and larger public classes.
