My name is Anya Konefal. I teach yoga in Norwich, relaxation and mindfulness techniques both to groups and individuals.
I have been practising yoga for about 20 years with Iyengar teachers. In 2009 I became a member of the British Wheel of Yoga, and I completed their training course for yoga teachers.
I have been teaching yoga since 2009, running weekly yoga classes in Norwich, day long workshops and weekend retreats.
I also teach yoga on meditation retreats in Poland and the UK.
I have been practicing meditation with the Triratna Buddhist Community since 2006.
Yoga, for me, is a practice of developing awareness.
